By accessing or using FastShare.id services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including free, pro, and business accounts.
FastShare.id provides cloud infrastructure services including FastShare Drive (file storage), FastShare S3 (object storage), FastShare CDN (content delivery), and FastShare Dock (container hosting). Services are provided on an as-is basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 17 years old to use our services, in compliance with Indonesian law.
You may not use FastShare.id to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that violates Indonesian law. You may not use our services to spam, conduct DDoS attacks, or attempt to breach security systems. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Free accounts receive 2GB storage. Pro accounts receive 50GB. Business accounts receive 500GB. Exceeding storage limits may result in upload restrictions. CDN and S3 usage is billed based on actual consumption as listed in our pricing page.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed via PayPal or cryptocurrency. We do not store payment card information. Refunds are issued within 7 days of purchase if the service is unavailable due to our fault. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.
ISPs and data centers joining the FSI Node Partner Program agree to maintain minimum uptime of 95%, provide accurate server specifications, and comply with FSI network policies. Revenue sharing is 50% of gross revenue generated through the partner node. Payouts require a minimum balance of $10 USD.
FastShare.id and its logos are trademarks of FastShare.id. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content as part of our service.
We target 99.9% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. In case of unplanned downtime exceeding 1 hour, affected users will receive service credits. We are not liable for data loss due to user error.
FastShare.id liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We recommend users maintain their own backups of critical data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. These terms comply with UU ITE (Electronic Information and Transactions Law) and Indonesian PDP regulation.
